Employee Request:
- For any WesternU Health employee needing access to Epic or other ancillary systems (Onbase Scanning, Remote Portal, etc), or requiring assistance with logging in (password reset, account unlock/unblock).
- Requires being logged into support.westernu.edu.
- CDM/Dental Center employees will need to contact cdmit@westernu.edu for access to the Dental Center(s) specific clinical systems.
Student Request:
- For any WesternU student needing access to Epic as part of their upcoming clinical rotation, or requiring assistance with logging in (password reset, account unlock/unblock).
- Requires being logged into support.westernu.edu.
- CDM students will need to contact cdmit@westernu.edu for access to the Dental Center(s) specific clinical systems.
External User Request:
- For any student extern or non-WesternU/part-time employee needing access to Epic, or requiring assistance with logging in (password reset, account unlock/unblock).
- For access to the Dental Center's systems, please contact cdmit@westernu.edu.
