Important:

The following is required to be completed annually for any individual accessing PHI (protected health information) and/or providing (or participating in) patient care services on behalf of a WesternU Health Center.

Once you have completed the training, you will receive a confirmation and certificate of completion via email.

 
Optional: EHR Account Request

Employee Request:

  • For any WesternU Health employee needing access to Epic or other ancillary systems (Onbase Scanning, Remote Portal, etc), or requiring assistance with logging in (password reset, account unlock/unblock).
  • Requires being logged into support.westernu.edu.
  • CDM/Dental Center employees will need to contact cdmit@westernu.edu for access to the Dental Center(s) specific clinical systems.

Student Request:

  • For any WesternU student needing access to Epic as part of their upcoming clinical rotation, or requiring assistance with logging in (password reset, account unlock/unblock).
  • Requires being logged into support.westernu.edu.
  • CDM students will need to contact cdmit@westernu.edu for access to the Dental Center(s) specific clinical systems.

External User Request:

  • For any student extern or non-WesternU/part-time employee needing access to Epic, or requiring assistance with logging in (password reset, account unlock/unblock).

  • Eye Care Institute
  • Eye Care Institute - LA
  • Foot and Ankle Center
  • Pharmacy
  • University Medical Center (includes Primary Care/Family Medicine and Specialty Care)
