- Self Service+ is an application managed by WesternU IT to provide software, updates, account management features to your Apple macOS device
- Allows you to download software and access resources without the need to be an Admin on the device
- Works with Jamf Connect to sync your WesternU password to your device, you are able to view and manage your account in this application
- Allows you to request Admin privileges to your device for a set time

- Change WesternU Password

- After login enter new password
- Complete password change

- Users are now able to request Admin Privileges on their device
- You are allowed 7 request per month
- You must provide a reason for each request
- Each privilege session last for 10 minutes

2. After login, you will need to enter a reason for the request
