How do I request a recording, modify an existing schedule or obtain information on a recording?

1. Please contact the Mediasite Schedulers at your college/department directly with your request.
   • If your department/staff are not listed, feel free to submit a request form.
     • If you are a student requesting recording, please obtain approval from your academic faculty or staff first before requesting.

Please submit a request form if you:

• Do not have Mediasite Schedulers at your college/department and
  • You need to request a recording, modify an existing schedule or obtain information on a recording
• Would like to request assistance with or report a technical issue
• Would like to request training
• Have any other Mediasite-related requests or questions

What is Mediasite?

• A capture solution that enables faculty and staff to create lectures and presentation videos
• A distribution platform that allows students to watch content on their computers or mobile devices
• A student-centered video player that empowers students to focus on the content most important to them

• Record lectures in Mediasite-enabled spaces
• Capture your computer's desktop and/or webcam and share presentations
• Manage videos in a secure, searchable environment
• Have course-related recordings accessible to students via Elentra or Canvas
• Watch videos on computers and mobile devices without plugins
