How do I request a recording, modify an existing schedule or obtain information on a recording?
- Please contact the Mediasite Schedulers at your college/department directly with your request.
- If your department/staff are not listed, feel free to submit a request form.
- If you are a student requesting recording, please obtain approval from your academic faculty or staff first before requesting.
Please submit a request form if you:
- Do not have Mediasite Schedulers at your college/department and
- You need to request a recording, modify an existing schedule or obtain information on a recording
- Would like to request assistance with or report a technical issue
- Would like to request training
- Have any other Mediasite-related requests or questions
