How to add funds to your Pharos account

  • How do I add funds to my pharos account?

Step-by-step

  1. Go to the site: https://pharos.westernu.edu/
  2. Then click on “MyPrintCenter,” which will take you to a log in screen. Log in using your WesternU username (everything before @westernu.edu) and your email password.

    Once you log in, there will be a link at the bottom-left corner of the screen under “Payment method” that states “Add Funds.”  Enter the amount you’d like to add, then select “Continue to Payment.”  This will bring up a page where you can choose to pay via PayPal or by entering your credit card information.

Please note: Funds added to your Pharos printing account are non-refundable. We recommend depositing small amounts, as any unused funds will remain in the Pharos printing system.
