Prerequisite
- You will need to first submit ticket request to TechSupport for admin privileges on your device
- After your ticket has been approved, your device will be updated to include the options below
Admin Privilege Request
- Once approved, Admin privilege request are handled by Self Service+ app on your device
- The app allows you to request Admin privileges on your device
- You are allowed 7 request per month
- Each privilege session last for 10 minutes
- Admin access is granted immediately
- Request can be made at any time of the day
1. Click either option to begin the request, then login with your WesternU account

2. After you login, you will need to enter a reason for the request

3. Admin privileges approved
a. confirmation
b. timer
c. status
d. end session
