Non-supported hardware or software form

  1. When a user submits an IT Purchasing request for non-supported hardware or software, a form must be sent to the user: Limited Support Form.
  2. The user who submits the non-support form will need to notify IT Purchasing via their ticket that they have completed the Limited Support Form.
  3.  IT Purchasing will only proceed with the purchase once it has been confirmed that the Limited Support Form has been submitted.
