Non-supported hardware or software form

  1. When a user submits an IT Purchasing request for non-supported hardware or software, a form must be sent to the user: Non-Support Form
  2. The user who submits the non-support form will need to notify IT Purchasing via their ticket that they have completed the Non-Support Form.
  3.  IT Purchasing will only proceed with the purchase once it has been confirmed that the Non-Support Form has been submitted.
