Non-supported hardware or software form
- When a user submits an IT Purchasing request for non-supported hardware or software, a form must be sent to the user: Limited Support Form.
- The user who submits the non-support form will need to notify IT Purchasing via their ticket that they have completed the Limited Support Form.
- IT Purchasing will only proceed with the purchase once it has been confirmed that the Limited Support Form has been submitted.
