WesternU E-mail Setup (Outlook App)


*Due to the variance between Android devices, models, and versions, it is Techsupport's recommendation to use the Outlook app.

*Staff and Faculty Members will need to first complete Intune Enrollment on their device before email will sync to their devices

*If following these instructions on an iPhone, install the app using the link below and skip to step 5



*If you already have the Outlook app installed on your device:
Open the options open Settings tap Add Account select email account Email Account and skip to step #6

  1. Open the Play Store
  2. Search for Outlook and select it
  3. Tap Install and allow the download to complete
  4. When the installation is complete, tap Open
  5. Once the App is open, tap Get Started, then Skip if prompted to add your Google account
  6. In the Email box, type in your full WesternU email address, then tap Continue
  7. Type in your WesternU password, then tap Sign In and then Skip when prompted to add another account
