Self Service+ for macOS

  • Self Service+ is an application managed by WesternU IT to provide software, updates, account management features from your Apple macOS device
  • Allows you to download software and access resources without the need to be an Admin on the device
  • Works with Jamf Connect to sync your WesternU password to your device, you are able to view and manage your account in this application

Account Management

  • Access Account Management tools 
    1. Your WesternU Account
    2. Sync status of your WesternU Password with the local device password
    • Password Sync keeps your WesternU password in sync with your Mac's local password

 

  • Change WesternU Password
    1. Click to change password
    2. After login enter new password
    3. Click "OK" to complete password change
