How to Install Mediasite Mosaic on Mac Computers

• How do I install the personal recordings software Mediasite Mosaic on my Mac computer?

1. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top-right hand corner of your computer screen

2. Once the search field is open, search for "self service" and open

*If you are installing on a non-WesternU computer, feel free to search for and install Mediasite Mosaic from the Apple App Store.

3. Once the software self-service area is opened, use the top left-hand corner search bar to search for "Mediasite Mosaic" and download the application.
4. Once downloaded, navigate to the My Mediasite personal recordings portal.
5. Click the white "+Add Presentation" button toward the top right-hand corner of the home page.
6. Click the "More Information" button under "Capturing Video Requires and App"
7. Click the green "Register" button under the 2nd step for "Install and Register"
8. If prompted, allow your browser to open the Mediasite Mosaic app.
9. You will know you are properly registered if the Mediasite recorder window displays your username in the top right-hand corner.
