How to Register Your Personal Mediasite Recorder

  1. Navigate to your My Mediasite page at the link provided (log in with your WesternU credentials if prompted):
  2. Click the white "+Add Presentation" button on the top-right hand corner of the portal.
  3. Click the blue "More Information" button under "Capturing Video Requires and App"
  4. Click the green "Register" button under the "Install and Register" area
  5. If a pop-up is received to open the application, select that button.
  6. You will know you are successfully registered when your username now appears at the top of the Mediasite recorder window.

* Additional Note: If the "More Information" button is not available to you, it is because your profile needs to be validated via email. Feel free to select "resend email" and validate via a system email that will be sent to you.
