Getting Started with Epic: Provider Schedule-View Your Schedule for Today

When you log in to Epic, your schedule appears on the home page.

1. Click on the calendar icon to view the multi provider schedule.

2. To see your appointments for a day, click the calendar icon and select that day on the calendar.

3. The Appt Status column shows if the patient is ready to be seen. When Check In is complete, the status will change from Sch to Arrived. 

4. To open an encounter from your schedule, double-click the appointment.

5. Click on the arrow on your department's folder to see all appointments in your department.

6. To see your schedule in a different department, enter the name of the department in the Dept field.
