Troubleshooting
If you are not able to log in to Google Apps:
- Make sure you're entering your WesternU username, not your email address (ex., bundi, and not bundi@westernu.edu.)
- Try pressing Ctrl-F5 to clear your cache.
- If none of those options work, contact Technical Support at x5432 or support@westernu.edu to make sure you are on the Google Apps User’s list or troubleshoot further.
Are you leaving WesternU?
All your documents are deleted as soon as your account is disabled at the University's Active Directory. So, move your documents to a more accessible location before your last working day at University. Also, you can transfer the ownership of your documents to your supervisor or any other WesternU employee of your choice. If you have any questions on this, please contact Technical support at x5432 or go to support@westernu.edu.
Important Note to the Supervisors
When one of your employees is leaving WesternU, make necessary arrangements to gain access to the documents/files that are needed which are owned by the employee before his account is inactivated.
