How to Locate Camtasia/TechSmith Relay Recording Files

1. If using Camtasia
   • *Note: Your file will only be available for retrieval if you chose to "Produce" your recording when you originally created it
     1. WINDOWS: Click the start icon search for the "Camtasia Studio" folder. Click to open.

MAC: Click on the search icon in the top right hand corner of the desktop and search for the "Camtasia Studio" folder. Click to open.

2. Click on the name of the folder associated with the recording (in this example, it's "Amber's Test Recording")

3. In the folder, locate the recording by file type (MP4, AVI, FLV, MOV, MPEG, or VOB). This will be the file you will use to load the recordings to other systems.

2. If using TechSmith Relay
   1. WINDOWS: Click the start icon search for the "TechSmith Recorder" folder. Click to open.

MAC: Click on the search icon in the top right hand corner of the desktop and search for the "TechSmith Recorder" folder. Click to open.

2. Click on the "Recordings" folder

3. In the folder, locate the recording by file type and name (MP4, AVI, FLV, MOV, MPEG, or VOB). This will be the file you will use to load the recordings to other systems.
