How do I do sync SharePoint files to my windows file explorer?

Step-by-step

  1. Navigate to the SharePoint site that contains the documents/files/folders you want to sync
  2. Select Documents from the left-hand navigation menu
  3. Select Sync (as seen below) from the menu bar if you want to sync the entire documents library. If you only want to sync certain folders, select the folder you want to sync and then select Sync (as seen below) from the menu bar

Additional Information

  • Please keep in mind, if you delete a document/file/folder from the SharePoint site or from your windows file explorer window, the document/file/folder will delete in both locations.
