This article will walk you through the iPad Re-Enrollment Guide for COMP.

Part 1: Removing All Current Profiles/MDM/Certificates |
- Go to Settings > General > VPN&Device Management
- You should see MDM Profile & CA Certificate

- Click on CA Certificate and Remove Profile

- Select Remove Profile

- Next, Click on MDM Profiles and Select Remove Management

- Select Remove

NOTICE
DO NOT COMPLETE PART 2 WITHOUT COMPLETING PART ONE FIRST!
These steps must be completed BEFORE re-enrollment can be completed.

Part 2: Re-Enrolling the iPad |
- Open Safari (or preferred browser) and go to https://jss.westernu.edu:8443/enroll
- Enter your username (without the @westernu.edu) and password. Then click Log In

- Click the drop down menu and Select COMP

- Click Enroll

- Click Continue to install the CA Certificate

- A pop-up will show. Click Allow to download the CA Certificate Installation

- Then click Close on the new pop-up.

- Go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management
- Click on the CA Certificate

- Click Install in upper right corner

- There will be a Warning page. This is normal. Continue by pressing Install in upper right corner.

- Click Install Profile on the pop-up.

- Go back to Safari or (preferred browser)
- Click Continue to install the MDM Profile

- Click Allow to allow the MDM Profile installation

- A new pop-up will appear. Click Close

- Go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management

- Click Install in upper right corner.

- Click Install on the new pop-up.

- There will be a Warning page. This is normal. Continue by pressing Install in upper right corner.

- Click Trust on new pop-up that appears.

- Go back to Safari (or preferred browser) and it should say "Enrollment Complete".
