  • This Knowledge Base Article is intended to assist Colleges and University Departments in projecting costs associated with program expansion and/or the creation of new PCNs. The items listed below are automatic cost increases associated with increases in headcount.

Information

Faculty/Staff Licensing

  • Microsoft A5 Office 365 - $119.44 per FTE/year
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - $17 per *FTE/year
  • Oracle Database (supports Banner & many in-house developed applications) - $231.80 per user
  • Telephone expense (not including call usage) - $11.00 per device/month
    • Subject to change upon completion of Telephone System upgrade
  • Telephone Call Usage - Per our provider, call rates are not expected to increase.  Please budget according to past eCAS charges posted to account 70280
  • Zoom Video Conferencing - $39 per FTE/year
  • JAMF (Apple Device Management) yearly - iPad - $9.00 per device, MacOS - $18.00
    • 1 to 1 devices managed in Jamf are paid for by IT
    • Devices managed as a group are paid for by the College or Department.  If you are interested in iPad Management, please click here to complete a request form.

  • Statistics:
    • GraphPad Statistics - $55/student/year (Predominately COP & CPM Students)
    • IBM SPSS - $15.01/FTE/year
  • JAMF (Apple Device Management) yearly - iPad - $9.00 per device, MacOS - $18.00

  • FTE - Full-Time Equivalent (Part-Time is counted as Full-Time for Microsoft Licensing)

  • *FTE - Adobe's FTE calculation is as follows: FTE = FT Faculty + 1/3 PT Faculty + FT Staff + ½ PT Staff

  • Listed expenses are subject to change due to standard escalation
