After selecting Request Service at right, choose values from the drop-downs for Acct/Dept, your college, and which IPE course you are in.
You will also be asked to select what type of inquiry you are making. Choose from the following:
Curriculum Inquiry - Question about course content, delivery, or policies
Assessment Inquiry - Question about the exam location, preparations, or procedures or the course survey
Grade Inquiry - Question about grade results or calculations
