Study Room Usage for Students
Priority 1: On-campus examinations
• For online examinations due to some students requiring on-campus facilities for online
connection or because of other remote-location limitations:
Priority 2: Students who need to use campus facilities to participate in online classes because of internet connection or other remote-location limitations
• Please submit a ticket to inform us when a room is needed, and a member of the OSA team will respond to confirm your booking.
Priority 3: Students needing to use university facilities for study rather than for examinations or for online classes:
• Please submit a ticket to inform us when a room is needed, and a member of the OSA team will respond to confirm your booking.
*After normal business hours (8am – 5pm) , all study and/or breakout rooms in HEC are available for single-occupancy use on a first-come, first-served basis.
**There are additional study rooms in the library that students can reserve by
contacting library staff
