If you have been locked out of the BanWeb Self-Service system. Please contact TechSupport at (909) 469-5432 or techsupport@westernu.edu to have your account unlocked. 

Please note that the only way to access BanWeb directly is via https://banweb.westernu.edu. Any saved links or bookmarks must be updated to this link. 

The BanWeb Self-Service menu can also be accessed by clicking the Self-Service (BanWeb) card when logged in to the my.WesternU (https://my.westernu.edu)
