How to Use Audio Visual Equipment in HSC: Classroom East & West (Flex Space)
1. Present Source
The AV Touch Panel is located on the wall by the credenza.
Please note: This classroom has a Wireless AV Touch Panel on top of the credenza that can be taken off the charging cradle.
Please ensure the Wireless AV Touch Panel goes back on the charging cradle when not in use.

To turn on the AV system, please tap on the screen on the AV Touch Panel and enter the passcode. The passcode for this AV system is "309"

The end user will be on the "AV System Overview" Page. This page is for end user to scan the QR to find more information about the AV System.

2. Sources
Please tap on the Sources tab. Once selected, the page will list all available sources. To make a selection please tap on a source.

3. Displays
This display page allows the user to mute all the monitors in the classroom.

4. Volume
This volume page allows the user to adjust volume settings. In this classroom, we have 2 lavalier and 1 handheld microphones. Please ensure all microphones go back on the charging cradle when not in use.


This space uses Ceiling Array Microphones for voice lift, video conferencing applications and lecture capture.

The Ceiling Array Microphone system enables every student to hear whoever is talking without carrying around a wireless microphone.
Please note: The volume can not be adjusted on for the Ceiling Array Microphone. The volume is set automatically by the AV system.
5. Camera Control
The camera control page allows the user to control all the cameras in the classroom. There are 5 cameras that can be controlled by the AV Touch Panel.

- West Cam

6. System Off
To shutdown the system. Please tap on the 'Yes' button. Once the power button has been selected the monitors will shut down.
