Zoom Update 5.0 - Action Required by May 30th
The below matrix shows possible scenarios of devices that need to update to zoom 5.0 prior to May 30th and the steps that need to be taken. Please contact Technical Support if you have any issues.

Checking Zoom for the Update - Windows
You can can check for an update in two ways:
- By right clicking the Zoom icon in the taskbar and clicking "Check for Updates"
- Within the Zoom App Home tab by left mouse clicking on your Initals/Picture and clicking "Check for Updates"

- Within the Zoom App Home tab by left mouse clicking on your Initals/Picture and clicking "Check for Updates"
Cannot Check for Updates?
If you are on a WesternU device and the option to check for updates does not appear, please contact TechSupport for assistance with uninstalling the application. Further versions will allow you to use the "Check for Updates" feature.
If you are on a personal device and cannot check for updates, you will need to uninstall the application and install the latest version:
MacOS
Open the Finder and navigate to the Applications Page (Shift+Command+G > Applications). Right-Click Zoom and select Move to Trash
Windows
Open the Start Menu (Windows Key) and click the Settings Wheel in the bottom right, then select Apps. Select Zoom and then Uninstall
Downloading the Latest Version
Zoom can be downloaded by following the below link. Once downloaded, run the file to install the latest version:
