Short Instructions and Power Point for Grading Online
Short Instructions for Grading Online:
Access my.WesternU at https://my.westernu.edu;
Log in using your WesternU email login;
Once logged in to my.WesternU- click the Self-Service Banweb card at the top of the page;
Click on the Faculty Services Menu;
Select Final Grades;
Select Term;
Select the course/CRN which you are grading;
Click the Submit button; You will see 25 students per page with boxes next to their name to input a grade
For Didactic grades, enter a grade for each student in the box; DO NOT TURN IN DIDACTIC GRADE SHEETS WITH ANY BLANKS OR THEY CANNOT BE ROLLED. For Clinical grades, enter the grades which you have available and leave the others blank for now;
Click Submit for each page before proceeding to the next page or your grades will be lost and you will need to re-enter them. the system times out after 45 minutes per page, so be sure to finish and submit each page before that time frame so you will not lose your grades and have to re-enter them;
Completed, signed grade sheets for Didactic courses are due within 10 business days after the end of the course; grades for Clinical courses are due within 20 business days after the rotation ends. Send an email notice for clinical grades with the following information: term, course number and CRN number to
registrar@westernu.edu
for rolling into the system.
