Step-by-step (iPhone)

  1. Go to the Home Screen.
  2. Tap 'Settings'.
  3. Tap 'Phone'.
  4. Tap 'Wi-Fi Calling'.
  5. Tap 'Turn On Wi-Fi Calling On This Phone'.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter a U.S. address for use in the event of an emergency call (911).
  7. Once your address is saved, Wi-Fi Calling will be turned on. You are not able to take and make Wi-Fi calls on your iPhone.

  4. Tap 'Advanced Calling'.
  5. Tap 'Activate Wi-Fi Calling'.

  7. Once your address is saved, the Wi-Fi Calling Setting will be turned on.
