Reports have been received from users who are experiencing difficulty logging into Elentra from off-campus internet service providers (ISP). A potential solution for users who are
Frontier internet customers and have an eero modem (those with fiber internet)
has been aligned and is related to security changes made by the ISP for all users as a part of a 2023 update.
Step-by-step
Access the eero app from your mobile device.
If you do not have the app installed, it is available for download in the
Apple App Store
and
Google Play
. Open up the App Store or Google Play link on your mobile phone and search for ‘eero’ to locate the app. See
eero.com/app
for more information.
Once in the app, click "Discover" located at the bottom menu
Click on "eero Secure"
Select "Block & Allow Sites"
Click the button for "Add Allowed Site"
Add
westernu.elentra.cloud
as an allowed site.
