Examsoft Portal - Blank Screen or Redirected to Examsoft Main Website After Logging In

In the event that you are presented with a blank screen or re-directed to the Examsoft main website after logging in please use one of the two solutions below:

1. Clear all your browser cookies and cache (history if needed).  Once you complete that, close all instances of that browser (including all tabs), reopen it and try logging in once again.  You can also try using another supported browser like Firefox or Chome.

2. If you want to avoid repeating solution #1 above, from this point forward, you can access the Examsoft portal with Chrome or Firefox using "private browsing" or "incognito mode" (name depends on the browser).  CDM OAA runs into the same issues you do and we tend to use this work-around the most.
