  1. Contact Helpdesk at 909-469-5432 or via the General Tech Support Request Form.
  2. State that you need IBM SPSS via Citrix.
  3. Visit https://xenapp.westernu.edu to access software once request has been completed.

Employee

  • IBM SPSS is available via Software Center to all WesternU Computers.
  • To install go to: Start --> Software Center --> Applications --> IBM SPSS Statistics XX --> Install.
